| It is true that the level of immunity is bound to drop against bacteria when I wash out my vagina?

Some people worry about vaginal acidity while they
wash out the vagina with the product, but vaginal acidity could not decreased. The
vagina recovers its acidity because human body maintains homeostasis. Someone
washes out the vagina with vaginal cleanser added fragrance and chemical agents.
However, our product washes out the vagina with clean water(functional water
for vaginal health) regardless of chemical agents or electro-stimulation.

Length of the rectum between the large intestines
and anus is about 15cm. Cleaning Silicon(V) for intestines washing is antibacterial
and soft silicon, and harmless to humans, so that user can use it without any
pain. It is able to insert 18cm Cleaning Silicon(V) for intestines washing into
anus, rectum, the valve of the s-colon and the large intestines. In other
words, it is designed to remove feces contained long in the intestines from the
end of the large intestines. Soft and strong rhythm water of Cleaning
Silicon(V) helps to excrete feces contained long from the large intestines with
water. Rhythm water removes feces contained long in order of descending,
transverse and ascending colon.

| [PRODUCT] Is it able to use the product for bowel movement or vaginal washing?

The product removes feces contained long in the intestines by washing the large
intestines and then widens a path of bowels. As a result, a widen path of
bowels improves bowel function. It is able to empty bowels through active bowel
movement and use the product to regular motions.

| [HEALTH] Does it lead to excrete beneficial bacteria when wash out the intestines?

According to the recent academic study, there are
10 trillion number and 400 kinds of bacteria in the large intestines, including
benefic bacteria such as lactobacillus that produce 3000 kinds of enzyme. These
enzymes improve the level of immunity and maintain homeostasis. The product helps

KFDA(Korea Food and Drugs Administration) had licensed JANG STAR as medical cleaning equipment with license number of 07-137, and KAPM(Korea Promotion Association of Health Medicine) with license number of 13-002. The product had obtained a patent on 111 items and applied for a patent for 111 items to PCT(Patent Cooperation Treaty). We also got product liability insurance and obtained various certifications including ISO certification in relation to quality and environmental management.

| [PRODUCT] How can I take a shower with JANG STAR?

Please install JANG STAR into the shower. JANG STAR filters water and then the soft
and strong rhythm water excretes waste matter from pore of the skin and
massages the skin. We recommend to install shower head if you feels
inconvenience from a splash of water.

| [PRODUCT] Is it safe to take a shower with JANG STAR?


	Body filter of the main body contains antibacterial crystal balls, tourmaline balls and germanium balls. Function of the balls is to filter and purify bacteria, impurities and heavy metals, and to convert tap water into beneficial water, so that you may use safely tap water with JANG STAR. And filtered water is harmless to our body because double filter purifies doubly tap water.

| How can I withdraw LPP Membership?

Please apply to withdraw your membership on MY PAGE or call up the customer center.
HAHA group accepts the withdrawal application and then cancels a LPP membership
according to the procedures.

| Why should I replace the refill products and where can I buy?


	We recommend to replacing head filter every 3 to 4 months and body filter every 5 to 6 months, just as you replace the filter of the water purifier. You may not spend a great deal of money on the refill products. It is able to purchase the refill product or apply to A/S at a company or agency where you purchased the product, or on HAHA homepage for easy shopping.

| Is it able to use Cleaning Silicon with family?


	We recommend to using a Cleaning Silicon for a person. You may use separate Cleaning Silicon for cleanliness and hygiene. (Replacement period of Cleaning Silicon: 6 months) It is able to purchase the refill product or apply to A/S at a company or agency where you purchased the product, or on HAHA homepage for easy shopping

| How can I use a medical device, JANG STAR?

Please separate a shower head and insert JANG STAR into the shower. You should set and
check the water temperature on 25 to 35 degrees, and then seat on toilet in a
correct posture. JANG STAR washes out your bowels with clean and safe water
purified by filters.

JANG STAR has six functions including anus bidet regular motions, intestines and
vaginal washing. Please use JANG STAR after read instructions and precautions. Detailed
